Hello Dr Mbarika,
I have been going through your webpages and I must say I am impressed by what you have been doing and hope to do in future. Thank you very much for focusing especially on the sub Saharan regionwhere Information and communication technology readiness is still very low compared to other regions of the world. The role of ICTs in development cannot be over emphasised and I believe the developing countries as a whole and the Sub Saharan region in particular must utilise this as much as they can.
I am an e-government student at Orebro University in Sweden and I intend specialising in ICTs for development and I am sure I will follow your good examples. Thank you very much
